Nice and charming house very close to the sea. Located in a quiet area and ideal to enjoy the sun and the sea in Playa Paraíso. It is located next to a beautiful promenade with incredible views of the sea and a few minutes from the Playa del Puertito de Adeje.
The house is a nice semi-detached townhouse, with a private entrance and garden and with two large terraces to the rear. It also has a small terrace / balcony in the main room with magnificent views of the sea, the mountains and the pool. In the rear outdoor area there is a barbecue and garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors.
The house has a spacious living-dining room, separate kitchen, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one with a single bed, 2 full bathrooms, one of them in the master bedroom and 1 toilet. It is also possible to add up to 2 cots and high chairs if necessary.
