- Guests will have access to 1 designated parking spot labeled `503` which is located just in front of the lobby entrance. For guests with multiple vehicles, there is additional parking on site on a first-come, first-serve basis for any spots that start with the number 12.
Guests will also have access to the following:
- Beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas
- Sauna
- Heated Pool
- Sundeck
- Tennis courts
- Hot tub
- The beach can be accessed by the trail behind the property.

Getting Around:
Indian Rocks Beach is a very walkable neighborhood but there are bicycles and electric scooters available for rent in the area. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked `Trolley Stop` locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.

- This unit has a 14-night minimum, with no exceptions.
- SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
- PETS: Sorry, no pets allowed
- APPLICATION: Guests will be asked to fill out an HOA application (at no charge) before their visit.
- BEACH GEAR: There is a beach cart inside the unit with beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to use.
- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property
