This breathtaking waterfront property will have you longing for your next beach getaway the instant you see it. The owners recently completed extensive renovations leaving no space untouched in their attention to details that's beautifully decorated with modern beach decor throughout. It has 4 bedrooms plus a “crib” nook and 3 bathrooms, there's space for everyone to relax and unwind.
On the main level, you’ll find a generously sized bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom which opens up to the pool deck area. A guest bedroom with 2 Twin beds and a hall bathroom are also on the main level. In the living room, you'll find a large sectional with ample seating that overlooks the back lanai and Intercoastal cove. Directly behind the sectional are 2 leather chairs with an relaxing view.
Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen which has counter stool seating for 3 for meals or afternoon snacks or easy conversation into the living area. Next to the kitchen, the dining room table seats 10 providing plenty of space for the whole family to gather around.
On the second level, you’ll find a bunk room that sleeps 6, the third bedroom, and a “kids nook”. In the bunk room there is a Full-over-Full Bunk bed and a Twin daybed with a Trundle. The third bedroom will take your breath away with views of the Intercoastal cove. Adjacent to this bedroom is the bath with a freestanding soaker tub and frameless shower. Across from the bunk room is the “kids” nook with play space and a full-sized crib. Each closet has ample storage with closet organizing systems.
The best part of the whole house, in the owners opinion, is the back yard which boasts a massive covered lanai, dining table for 8-10, two deep seating sofas, and a high-end outdoor kitchen with grill, side burner, refrigerator, and sink. This outdoor living space encompasses everything you need to sit back, relax and enjoy your company, make everlasting memories and take in the beautiful Intercoastal that we have at this beautiful home. The oversized dock is ideal for those wanting to fish.
Added bonus: 2 kayaks available for guest's use! Lifevests are provided as well.
Important Details:
Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
Spa heat is $15 per day + taxes - runs for 8 hours daily.
Max of 4 vehicles allowed.

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
