Enjoy your morning coffee and sunrise from one of the Adirondack or pub chairs, enjoy a nice lunch on the outdoor dining set, and cap off your day with a cool beverage in the evenings. Meal prep is easy in the well-appointed and upgraded kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six and boasts ocean views.
Enjoy entertaining family time on the living room TV, offering a Roku with Netflix, or retreat to your personal space with three additional TVs, each also with Roku devices. One bedroom, located on the top level, is a king bedroom with a shared hall bath. Two bedrooms are on the lower level: one queen and two twins, with a shared hall bath.
Located in Barrier Island Station, a gated community in the heart of Duck, Duck Dive is a short walk or bike ride to all the local shops and restaurants the Town of Duck has to offer.

The community complex includes handicapped beach access, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool with poolside bathrooms and outdoor showers, a snack bar, a new rec center with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise area, a playground, tennis courts‚ a pickleball court, a volleyball court, 1/2 basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tetherball, a grilling area, 2 electric car charging stations, and coordinated children's activities in-season.
