The space
The space is comfortable and functional, yet uncluttered. You'll find it is worth the walk-up because of the great light and distance from the street below. At night the street is quiet. In the morning, light comes flooding in. The open style of the apartment allows that light to pass through into the bedroom, so you can wake with the sun - or you can close the bedroom off to the rest of the apartment and also close the living room blinds to enjoy a very dark room at night and sleep-in on the weekends.
