A perfect country getaway. We're situated in the North BX, which is a quiet, country setting with equal distances to Kalamalka Lake/Okanagan Rail Trail and Silver Star Mountain/Sovereign Lake Nordic Centre.
We're outdoorsy folk and will often be found outside skiing/hiking/cycling or in our garden, puttering around with our sweet flock of chickens, pet turkeys, and poodle, Freya.
Local grocery store (Butcher Boys) is a 5 min drive away. Cambium Cidery 10 min walk away.
The space: The unit is in the lower suite of the house. It's an above-ground, bright, basement suite - you will have your own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and access to our garden.
Best suited for folks who enjoy the quiet, early mornings, and the company of animals (we have chickens, turkeys, and a dog).
Breakfast: includes ingredients to make breakfast - farm fresh eggs (seasonal), pick-your-own herbs and berries from the garden (seasonal), oatmeal, and coffee/tea. Breakfast is not included for long-term stays (> 1 week).
