This elegant 1935 heritage home was lovingly restored by homeowners Neil and Sherrie over a 10 year period. It is located in a country setting with views out of every window. The home has 3 bedrooms upstairs with a full bright cheery bathroom complete with cast iron claw foot bathtub and shower stall. The main bedroom has a water closet and pedestal sink with mirrored cabinet. The main floor is an open living concept with custom designed kitchen cabinets and dining table built by the artist and owner, Neil. The living room has large windows with gorgeous pastoral views, a 50" Panasonic TV. There are fir floors throughout the home with a custom stair railing leading you upstairs to the 3 bedrooms. The home is situated on one acre surrounded by 39 acres of farmland. With a 3 minute drive to downtown Vernon and only a 20-minute scenic back country road drive to Silver Star Ski Resort or Soverign Lake Nordic Skiing. This home is the main home along with 2 other small cottages on the property. All guests are given their privacy and space. We welcome pets, but it is not completely fenced so dogs must not be left unattended.
Neil and I live in the suite in the barn and are always available for our tenants if you require anything, or if something needs to be fixed or adjusted. We like to keep our homes functioning perfectly for our guests!

Summary: I had the best time on Sherrie and Neil’s property, we rented all three houses and all were just adorable and so clean. The property is beautiful and they went above and beyond to make sure my wedding weekend was perfect. Thank you so much!!
