Fantastic newly renovated house with a large private terrace, barbecue and guaranteed comfort!
Our newly renovated accommodation in 2022 is a very good option for your vacation. With a modern style and top quality materials and comfort, it is located in the center of Maspalomas, 200 meters from the Holiday World Shopping Center and with all the services at hand. It is located in a very quiet residential complex with a community pool.
It has 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
The living-dining room has an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils... smart TV with access to Netflix, YouTube... so entertainment is guaranteed. Unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the house. The large windows make the interior very bright during all hours of the day. Also sofa bed for 2 persons.
It has a large private terrace with a dining area, where breakfasts can be magical! In addition to 2 sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue, outdoor seats and artificial grass throughout its surface for maximum comfort.
The residential complex is made up of 1 community pool, great for enjoying the climate of Gran Canaria at any time of the year.
