It is a bright, spacious and sophisticated house, which recently has been lovingly restored and designed to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay, combining also traditional elements, such as grandma’s furnitures.
It is conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood close to everything you need, like: supermarket,bakery,fruit-market,pharmacy,tavernas, restaurants, with all of the following being within a max of 10 to15min walking distance: bus stations,beaches (MON REPOS), Palaiopolis archeological area,Old Palace,Pontikonisi, old town center,Espianade,Liston,airport.
The House is divided into two levels joined by an interior marble stairway. The downstairs space consists of the living/dining room with, a cozy sofa that converts into a double-bed, as needed, a fire place for the winter, TV and audio stereo are also provided, an old singer sewing machine with a chair used as workspace for your laptop. Adjoining the living/dining space is a large modern-style open kitchen which contains a central island, large fridge and freezer, a second dining table seating four. There's a coffee machine, toaster a dishwasher so you don't have to worry about the washing up afterwards. You will also find an oven, four hobs, and all the pots and utensils needed to cook. Perfect for preparing large meals! A separate room for washing machine and a bathroom with Jacuzzi are also available to this level.
The upstairs lever consists of: A)a master bedroom with queen size bed, Balcony with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals viewing the sea B) a second bedroom with a double bed and sea view balcony. Both bed rooms have spacious closets. Finally, there’s a WC and walk –in shower which serves the guests who sleep upstairs.
