Positive: Central location, easy to find parking, and spacious enough.

Negative: One note: the pictures are misleading. There is no sea view from the bedroom. What you see in the photos is not what you get in reality. Worth knowing before you book. On Friday night there was loud music from midnight for three hours. Not sure where it was coming from, but it was close enough to be disruptive. Something to keep in mind if you are a light sleeper or planning a quiet weekend.
