Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell or physical evidence inside home will result in $500 Fine.
Parties/Events - Parties and Events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are between 10p-7a. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, can result in a possible eviction, without reimbursement. Cameras are located on property, in the backyard and at the front door.
Missing/Damaged Items - We understand that accidents happen; however, any damage to the home, furnishings, or missing items will result in a charge to the guest to cover the cost of the item(s).
Parking - Street parking is prohibited. Guests have access to 3 driveway spaces and the garage, if needed.
Pets - Only dogs allowed. Pets must be registered. Pets are not allowed on any furniture. Owners MUST clean up after pets. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $100 per found offense, plus any and all applicable fees due to damage caused by animal.
Pool - Guests may use the pool at their own risk. Absolutely NO glass near the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times by an adult. No animals allowed in the pool.
We will try to honor Early Check In’s when available for $25/hour prior to 4pm. Please request at least 24 hours in advance to see if we can accommodate.
