Summary: Had to finally call the host to get check in info. Stated that he did not have service to send us check in info. Upon opening the metal screen door, bolt fell out and dead bolt does not work. No instruction booklet on property (how to use FOB key, security gates, laundry facility) or maps of the area/apartment site, or info about grocery stores. Had to ask other guest on how to get to pool, laundry room, fitness area. Finally found the FOB key. Sliding glass door does not lock. had a broom handle for security. Sliding glass door screen door does not function. Patio area could use some updating. Stays cool but not very pretty... Can fix some of the light switches in unit. Need new pots/pans for the kitchen. Very used!! Smelled musty when we opened the door, used bathroom exhaust fans to help air out. Had to run for a few days. The extra bed in 2nd bedroom frame was broken. Mold in 2nd bathroom tub. Noise from Camelback road is heard in the first bedroom. No screens on windows. Like the area, easy to walk to stores, gas stations and old town.
