The apartment features everything you need within the traditional living room and dining room which includes a workspace for any work or study needs.

The unit has a front deck featuring wonderful sunset views with a patio set for enjoying a fresh cup of coffee - as well as a back porch for relaxing at sunrise.

The unit offers 2 shared entrances for easy access and is in walking distance to Trinity College.

Street parking is unlimited (See notes in "getting around" section).
1 driveway spot is reserved for off-street parking for a normal sized vehicle.
