The Space:
Casita Bonita is a newly remodeled coastal retreat perfect for couples, families or groups of friends! This home is over 100 years old and full of character! Our goal was to preserve the charm of the home, while adding updated amenities, making it the perfect spot for your Santa Barbara getaway! As you move through the home, you’ll find carefully curated decor inspired by the beautiful scenery and history of Santa Barbara. Each bedroom was designed with your comfort in mind, and features memory foam mattresses, spacious closets, and even a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom!
The spacious living room features a large Smart TV and board games and the kitchen is fully stocked allowing you the space to make anything from cocktails before your dinner downtown or for nights in cooking your favorite meal.
Ambient string lights gently light the backyard making it the perfect spot to grab your favorite nightcap and wind down around the fire pit or roast s’mores with the family!

We provide towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking spray & trash can liners. Please note: the window AC unit is only in one bedroom. There are several fans available for use as well.
✨ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple key-less entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.
✨PARKING:
There is a shared private driveway for up to 2 cars to park.
✨THE DRIVE:
The house is very easy to find and located close to freeway on and off ramps.
✨INTERNET:
The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.
You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV
✨OUTDOOR SPACE:
Fire pit, lounge chairs & propane BBQ available for you to enjoy!
✨BEDROOMS:
There are 3 bedrooms, each with queen beds and there is also a foldable queen-sized memory foam mattress located in the front bedroom closet.. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests.
✨KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil
✨SECURITY:
A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.
✨ PET FRIENDLY:
This property is pet-friendly. We allow up to 3 pets, as long as they are under 40lbs each. We do not allow pets on furniture, as a precaution to help keep the home clean for future guests. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $100 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.

You will have access to the entire home, backyard & front yard.
