Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff at front desk were very nice and helpful

Negative: Had a ticket change w amtrak and arrived later than planned. Couldnt check in past 10pm so had to rent a motel for first night. Management offered extra night for free due to a light globe falling on my friend and cutting/burning her leg. Decided to stay extra night and went out to sightsee and explore. Manager began calling and texting saying cabin wasn't available and they didn't have any available and insisted we had to leave so they could prepare the cabin for next customer.
