“Goldilocks & The Bears” - no home can please every “Goldilocks” but we strive to! Our HVAC Tech set the air handler to please various guests. Guests compliment us as their family members often vary so much in “this bed is too soft ‘ hard / juuust right!” and so many folks have vastly different sleep temperatures (like the sleep number beds). If you love to sleep warm, the 3rd floor is good for you, if you like to sleep cool then the first floor is your pick, and if you like it like Goldilocks and like it just right then the 2nd floor is for you! We even provide 2 Ultra Ceramic Safety Tip Room Heaters just in case you have a house full of super-discerning sleepers. Subsequently we also strive to offer a variety of mattress densities.
