Located south of scenic highway 30a, escape to and relax at the Easy Breeze ! In the large backyard, you will enjoy the Private Saltwater Pool and Poolside Firepit surrounded by Teak wood furniture. It’s an easy Walk/Bike to the beach and choose from 3 different flat beach access points with no stairs—Walton Dunes, Sugar Dunes and the newest access point along 30a which is a 3 acre, 500 ft beachfront access located at the outflow of Eastern Lake into the Gulf. Well Appointed & Beautiful 2 story home located in the quiet neighborhood of Eastern Lake, Seagrove near Seaside. Relax after your beach day in the private saltwater pool (heating available) and enjoy grilling on the large patio or by the fire pit. Guests need not drive a car after arriving since there are bike paths all along 30A. Also, there is an extensive network of hiking and biking trails in the surrounding State Forest. Seaside is approx 2 miles away with entertaiment for adults and kids.
There are accommodations for 7 on beds and an 8th guest on a sofa. Upstairs on the second floor is a Serta queen in the masters bedroom with a modern bathroom shower and a Serta queen bed in the guest bedroom with a tub/shower combo. Each upstairs bedroom has a private balcony porch. Downstairs on the first floor, the bedroom has one Serta queen and one hi quality twin mattress bed. The living room has a wonderful Pottery Barn sofa sectional that can sleep one comfortably. The 1st floor bathroom with a shower also serves as the first floor’s powder room.
The newly remodeled modern kitchen has high end Italian Bertazonni stainless steel appliances with a gas range and marble-quartz countertops. The open design of the house allows the kitchen to flow into the living area. The dining area has seating for 8 people. The pool side deck area easily accommodates 8 people for dining..
This is a 1500 square home that easily provides children their own space. The pool in the large fenced backyard is very private with a gas grill and patio for grilling. For dining out, you can take a short walk to the Old Florida Fish House and Sushi Bar. We know you will love the 'Easy Breeze'!
