You’ll be right at home in our Desert Oasis 3-bedroom 2-bath home with a private beautifully landscaped back yard. Relax while enjoying the sounds of the cascading fountain into the pool. Our outdoor amenities include a covered patio with gas fire pit, BBQ, lawn chairs, pool floaties, towels and an umbrella. Indoor features are just as amazing we have all the things to make you feel right at home. Kitchen features granite counter tops with newer stainless-steel appliance well equipped kitchen to make the most memorable meal. Kitchen includes all cookware, dishes, corded appliances and yes even a Keurig for that morning coffee. We also provide linen, towels, select shampoo and body wash. Also provided is garage parking, Wi-Fi, laundry room in a nice quiet neighborhood. Home is close to shopping, dining, hiking, zoo and the spring training fields for your convenience. *HEATED POOL INFO-Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated during their stay. To keep our prices low and to conserve energy, we only heat the pool for those who request this extra service at least 24 hours prior to check-in. Pool heating is offered only for consecutive nights. "Hopscotching pool heating dates is expensive and difficult to manage and therefore is not offered.
Following are the nightly pool heating rates, which are per consecutive night to heat the pool up to 86f:
$70/night +$10 per degree per night for requests to heat over 86f
