Summary: We rented 3510 Hamlin from July 28, 2025 thru August 11th. We would not be writing this review if the owners had edited the property description to accurately reflect the property we rented, which we asked them to do; they did not. The house is the home of the leasor not a full time rental, so you are living with the little things a homeowner never fixes.Here is a list of the problems:The house is advertised as Air Conditioned, it is NOT. There is an AC in the master bedroom but the rest of the house is without AC The rear door would not fully close or lock, therefore we could not secure the houseThe lock on the front door does not like to release the key once it has been insertedThe outdoor grill was too dirty to useThe oven was dirtySign on the screen of the master sliding door says “do not open”When we brought to their attention that there was a wasp nest near the front door they asked us to knock it downMuch of the trim paint is peelingWhere the carpet meets the wall board there was much grime If these items do not bother you then the house would be a good rental.The positive was that they have a very nice garden and told us to enjoy the vegetables.
