Welcome to 104 Brighton!! This amazingly remodeled 3 bedroom condo is perfect for your dream vacation! The unusual layout and incredibly stylish decor is spectacular. The living room has a cushy blue velvet couch and with the additional rocker-swivel chairs, it has seating for 6, access to the balcony and is open to the remodeled kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful marble countertops, gorgeous grey custom cabinets and all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also features an eat-at bar for 2 and a beautiful bay window where the table for 4 has an incredible view of the ocean!
The chic master bedroom has a gorgeous green velvet king-sized bed, custom mirrored closet doors and a large smart TV. This room has access to the balcony and a fully remodeled bathroom with stunning vanity, large mirror with inset lighting and a huge walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is decorated to be serene and inviting, it features a queen-sized bed, cozy sofa and also has a smart TV. The second guest bedroom is perfectly petite and is off the living area, separated by a pocket door; it is stylishly decorated too and has a twin bed and smart TV. The gust bathroom has also been remodeled and upgraded to have a glass enclosed shower and is across from the 1st guest bedroom - it also houses the full sized washer and dryer.
