Fully furnished quiet, comfortable and spacious townhouse condo located less than a mile (10-15 minute walk, 3 min drive) from MUSC and the medical district and conveniently 2 BLOCKS FROM FAMOUS KING STREET where you will find many wonderful restaurants and shops, with museums, aquarium, farmer's market and historic sites also within walking distance. This is a truly convenient and desirable location.

Very well appointed "home away from home" including kitchen cooking supplies and utensils, linens, large washer and dryer, laundry supplies, paper products and more!

There is also a courtyard with 2 off-street PARKING spaces--VERY hard to come by in downtown Charleston!

Summary: We couldn't have done better for our 6 week stay in Charleston. The place was walkable to nearly everything, but even in a college town, secluded and quiet. The kitchen was very well stocked, the manager was super responsive and it was pretty darn incredible to have 2 parking spots! WiFi was strong and reliable. We would certainly stay here again if we come back to Charleston - we were so pleased with our choice.
