Summary: This property is lovely! It is large and as the description says, has many amenities. My 19 year old daughter and her friend were the first there and had no trouble entering. While I did not try the whirlpool tub, we used the grill which has a gas line from the house so no worries there! The tree in the back is full and lovely with a bird or two. Supplies are aplenty and I could have packed less! There are enough chairs in the garage for sure! We brought our own linens and towels which made cleanup a lot easier. There were plenty of paper towels & bath tissue. First aid kits were present (we ended up buying supplies we needed but I did take a look!) Live plants make it really pleasant. The light quality and windows are so nice. The front porch is great for lounging. Zoned AC is great. Overall I predict you will really appreciate your stay at 120 85th St!
