Summary: The property has a a very nice appearance but important comfort and convenience issues. The WiFi was insufficient to support any computer activity or apps on the smart TV, including Netflix, etc. There was standing water in the basement and a moldy smell in the kitchen. Street parking within sight of the apartment was rarely available. The neighborhood was convenient, but there were dirty diapers on the sidewalk in front of the home. The outside lighting didn’t work properly; the lights began flashing on and off moments after they turned on and disturbed the neighbors. So everything looked nice but was inconvenient and uncomfortable.
