Summary: The listing should mention this is a basement apartment of a house. The walls are super thin and we could hear walking (sounded like stomping) around at 5am our first morning. Pros - outside area super cute, close to downtown Fredricksburg, lots of space, thoughtfully stocked with coffee and creamers and beds were comfy. Cons - WIFI didn’t really work, bathroom kind of dirty (shower curtain, ceiling vent and floorboards were really bad) and we killed 5 spiders, noisy from above and in general smelled musty. Overall it was ok but with all the fees more then a hotel for a night. For what we paid per night, I would expect a lot more
