It is at the 13 mile marker, just 3 1/2 miles down Horseshoe Bend Parkway and has a view of the lake from the deck. There’s a nice view of nature waking up to trees and birds while sitting enjoying a cup of coffee or a drink of your choice. You can also relax while grilling on the deck and enjoying the occasional fireworks show. We also provide enhanced cleaning and COVID-19 safety measures with contactless & keyless entry to property, free cable, Wi-Fi in the condo and at pool/clubhouse. Rest easy with our 24 hour on-site security.
The entire condo features newly upgraded hardwood flooring, brand new furniture throughout and new Smart TVs. The master bedroom features a private bath and covered deck access. The second bedroom also features covered deck access and a full bath conveniently across the hall. The living area and both bedrooms have wall to wall slider doors that lead to the deck. The living area also features a new queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, DVD player, and covered deck access with gas BBQ grill. Streaming online available on all TVs with your passwords. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to make you feel at home. Washer and dryer available in unit.
There are several outdoor activities nearby such as golf, biking and hiking trails with some on the property (half mile trail). Renters have the option to fish from the shore or our covered dock. Lake of the Ozarks State Park, Missouri’s largest is nearby including Ozark Caverns and Grand Glaize Beach. Missouri is known as the cave state. The nearby caves are open year round and include Bridal Cave and Stark Caverns. Don’t forget to visit the scenic trails at Ha Ha Tonka State Park! Also, this property is conveniently located within 5 minutes of two of the Lake's finest golf courses, Ridge and Cove.
In the local vicinity, you’ll also find family friendly activities that includes miniature golf, Go Karts, Big Surf Waterpark and Timber Falls Indoor Waterpark. Visit the exhibits at the Camden County Museum, Willmore Lodge and The Bagnell Dam Historical Museum. Shop at the Osage Beach Premium Outlets (over 80 retail store). Check out live music at Main Street Music Hall. Enjoy a movie at Marcus Eagles’ Landing Cinema. The property is not too far from Lake Regional Hospital.

During the season, feel free to enjoy the large swimming pool with friends and family. It has room for lap swimming and ample area around the pool for seating. The pool is available from 9am - 10pm on weekdays and 9am - 10pm on the weekends.
You will have access to the clubhouse, restrooms and showers. Additionally, it has a common area that has ample seating and a large screen TV. There is a walking trails along the shoreline that stretches for 1/2 mile, a tennis court, and small playground for the little ones.
This unit provides a smoke-free environment so please no smoking and no pets allowed. We accept rental from guests 25 and over. Boat, trailer parking and jet ski rental availability is nearby within 5 minutes. Boat ramp is very user friendly and boat slips is available at a fee, CONTACT the Waters Edge Office for availability (573-365-2391), spaces are limited. (12 x 34, 12 x 28, 10 x 24). Trailer parking is Not available on the property.
