We absolutely adore our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow. It was built in 2005, but it's a replica of a 1915 Craftsman design, so it's got character with all the modern conveniences.

We love sitting out on the wraparound front porch with table and chairs as well as a swing! Inside, there's a living room, dining room, and a magnificent kitchen! We love to cook and it shows. We have everything you need to make a 3-course dinner or a quick and easy breakfast. There are two bedrooms, both with Tempur-Pedic queen-size mattresses. Take your pick!

There's a full-sized air mattress in the office closet and the futon in the living room converts to a bed, so you can comfortably sleep 6, if necessary.

Great WFH house as we have super-fast Wifi, two sit-stand desks, two large monitors, and two ergonomic office chairs.

Other extras include an oversized whirlpool tub, built-in sound system throughout the house, washer/dryer, central AC, backyard with large deck and outdoor furniture.

We are in the Euclid-St Paul neighborhood and walking distance to the lovely Crescent Lake Park. (Check out their outdoor yoga classes on the first Saturday of every month!) Several bars, restaurants, and stores are within walking distance. Even more options are a bike ride or short drive away.
