Summary: The property was okay. We were there for about 12 days and things went reasonably well. The place was adequately outfitted with kitchen pots, pans, cutlery, etc. We were at first impressed with the responsiveness of the host. However after the 2nd day that was no longer the case. It was difficult to get hot water for our shower. We ran out of all paper goods and had to buy our own when we didn’t hear back from the host, except for multiple reminders to take the trash out. Proximity to downtown Cary was a major plus.
