Our newly renovated condo can be your home away from home. Recently sold, it was formerly called Karry's Cozy Condo, and it spent many years on VRBO with a perfect rating. It is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Perfect for a couple, 2 couples, singles, or a small family. The oversized balcony is the largest in the building. The outdoor balcony, equipped with a BBQ and deck furniture, overlooks a sandy beach steps away, boat slips & Kootenay Lake and mountains.
It is a 10 minute walk, or 2 minute drive to the village. Kaslo has a Meat Market, grocery store, 2 Health food Stores, pharmacy, 2 gas stations, a Credit Union, a liquor store, gift Shops, Antique Shop, Brewery, clothing store, Home Hardware & Building Supplies stores, 3 museums, Langham Cultural Centre, SS Moyie Paddle Steamer Sternwheeler, golf course and several restaurants and coffee shops.
Nelson is a 60 minute drive south, and Ainsworth Hot Springs is a 15 minute drive south.
Kaslo is a small picturesque village in the West Kootenays situated right on Kootenay Lake, nestled between the Purcell and Selkirk mountains.
Condo has a private marina. Full kitchen and washer/dryer & large balcony over looking a private beach.
There are many activities to do in the area including, beautiful beaches, boating, hiking, fishing, swimming, hot springs, kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, biking Golfing (9 hole course 5 minute drive)they also have clubs & carts for rent, skiing, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, spelunking and photography. Kaslo Kayaking & Adventure Centre has snowshoe & skis rentals & offers rentals, tours & lessons for Canoes, Kayaks & Stand up Paddle Boards (SUP's). E-Bike Rentals & tours are available @ Kaslo E-Kruise. There is an awesome skate park near Vimy Park & the lake. A gorgeous river trail walk with fun sculptures to locate. Disc Golf & a Family Bike Park within the River Trail. Lots of walking, running, hiking & biking trails that link together, A Farmers Market every Sat. 9-1pm. @ the Front Street Park mid. June - mid. Oct. Fishing Derbies, Art walk, Kaslo May Day Celebrations May 16-19/25, ididaRide & Run on Canada Day wknd, & Jazz Fest Aug.1-3/25. There's always something happening around our beautiful town.
