The Garden Room is a small, cozy, tastefully-decorated room with a Queen Size bed. It includes a private bathroom with tub & shower, complimentary bathrobes, specialty teas & coffee, TV, DVD player & DVD's, CD player with a selection of CD's. We offer 2 rates for this room. The rate including breakfast is $120 or $89 without breakfast. In the warm weather, we have a lovely garden with many places to sit & enjoy the flowers & birds.Eve moved to Crofton in 2006 and opened 'Crofton by the Sea Bed & Breakfast" after successfully operating a bed & breakfast in the interior of B.C. I chose this quaint sea side village for it's proximity to many other nearby villages and towns,the ocean views and the friendly inhabitants. There are so many activities here in the Cowichan Valley that it's often hard to choose which one to do! Crofton is like the hub of a wheel. From here you can explore in all directions. It's a little bit like Europe, where the other towns and attractions are close by, within 15 to 20 minutes away, with beautiful forests & farms & vineyards in between and yet the ocean is always nearby. We know you will enjoy staying with us and exploring this wonderful region of Vancouver Island We are located 10 minutes drive from Chemainus in the lovely seaside village of Crofton, B.C. on beautiful Vancouver Island. Each room has it's own private, ensuite bathroom, including bathrobes. In room coffee makers, kettle, specialty teas and coffee are included. Complementary wireless internet is always available throughout the house for your personal computers. Our lovely garden provides many places to sit and relax and enjoy a cup of tea or glass of wine. The Crofton Sea walk is 1 1/2 blocks down the street and is a scenic place to take a stroll along the ocean and Osborne Bay. We are close to many other attractions in this area including: local wineries, the acclaimed Chemainus Murals & their Festival Theatre, Duncan, the town of Totems, the unique fishing village of Cowichan Bay and the intriguing heritage town of Ladysmith. If you have the time, you may wish to spend several days exploring this unique area of Vancouver Island.
