Centrally located in Brickell minutes to Downtown, South Beach and Wynwood and Airport. Access to all amenities in the building: 2 pools, Jacuzzi, Gym, kids play area, and more. 1 parking space. Getting around:
We recommend trying the electric scooter available for rent by the app and located on the sidewalks and everywhere (please be careful), using Uber when going out as parking in Miami can be expensive and hard to find. Brickell city center has parking space and from there you can go to almost everywhere in Brickell. Metro Mover (Free) and Metro Rail stations only three blocks away from the building.
