This comfortable, soothing 3 bed/3-bath Gulf Front condo is in SeaSpray's gorgeous East Building. It hosts a spacious living room, a nicely sized dining table, bar seating with granite countertops, and a nicely equipped, huge chef's kitchen with a bar! For all you coffee lovers, this unit offers a drip coffee maker. The oversized balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of America has a nice table and extra seating that will accommodate your entire family. The master bedroom has a cozy king-size bed and a gorgeous en suite bath with a fabulously big shower to enjoy after a long, sandy day at the beach. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bath/shower, and the third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third bathroom is conveniently in the foyer. This is truly a very spacious condo with plenty of room for family and friends to enjoy their stay at the beach. While visiting, you will have access to the amenities of all 3 of Sea Spray's buildings. This includes 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, well equipped beach front fitness room, and even a boat launch and marina across the street at our Riverside location, with an area for grilling. The property even has a tennis/pickleball court for those who like to enjoy a leisurely game. Many delicious dining choices are nearby!

Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.
