This is a place for winter days spent skiing Bear Mountain, summer afternoons of barbecuing on the gorgeous deck, and nightly soaks in the hot tub beneath sparkling star-filled skies.
This two-story home boasts an enviable location in the Moonridge area of Big Bear Lake, just about two miles from Big Bear Boulevard and its many restaurants, shops, and conveniences. Within little over a mile, you'll find Bear Mountain Ski Resort, the Bear Mountain Golf Course, and the Big Bear Alpine Zoo.
The open hillside setting makes the view particularly special - and one you can take in from the home's lovely outdoor spaces. Begin each morning with coffee on the upstairs balcony, light the gas grill for alfresco lunches on the deck, and reconvene at sunset for dinner overlooking the mountains, lake, and valley.
Inside, the house was designed to keep you comfortable and entertained. At the heart of the main floor is a game room with a view of Big Bear Lake, where you can play Ping-Pong, shoot pool, and stream your favorite movies as the deck doors let in the mountain breeze. Flanking this space are a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining room, and a living room with a fireplace, another smart TV, and a wet bar to retreat to in the evenings.
The bedrooms include a primary suite upstairs with its own full bathroom and exercise room overlooking the lake. Central air conditioning, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.
