It is $1 each way, and reservations must be made in advance.; It will take you down the hill to the metro station which takes you almost anywhere in Los Angeles.
The Union Train station is 3 miles away in downtown Los Angeles, and various freeways are extremely near including #2, #101, and #134, they will take you to any of the many visitor attractions from one end of the Los Angeles Area to another.
