The Seaside- Take in the stunning views or walk from the back door directly onto the white sand and into the turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. This 2,100 sq ft townhome has three king size bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two bunk beds. There is parking for up to 3 vehicles. Prepare meals in fully-equipped kitchen, which includes an ice-maker, Keurig and regular coffee maker. A Propane Grill, Cable TV and Wi-Fi are provided. The primary bedroom en-suite has a private view of the beach and private deck. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom and private deck, each has a king size bed. The 4th bedroom has its own full bathroom, two twin bunk beds, sleeping 4 total. Navarre Beach is the perfect location for those looking for simple getaway on the beautiful Gulf. Just under 2 miles away, you'll reach the Gulf Islands National Seashore and the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier (the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico). Navarre also offers several wonderful local restaurants and activity options (snorkeling, boat rentals, paddle boarding, jet skiing, etc...).
Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM.
