Completely renovated to a high standard in 2021, the apartment is centrally heated and has insect screens on the windows. 36 sqm non-smoking flat has a kitchen-living room (sofa bed for one person, flat-screen TV, dining table) with a complete kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle), a bedroom (double bed), a large bathroom (walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer), a hallway and a hallway in the entrance area.There are also several seating areas in the garden - one of which is covered, sun loungers, a barbecue, car park, bicycle storage facilities, a high chair and free WiFi. In addition, two bicycles and two stand-up paddle boards can be used free of charge and, in consultation with the owners, their sauna can be used for a fee.
