The apartment is fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. It is located on the first floor. It consists of a double bed. Full bathroom with shower. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The living room has a table for 3 people, a sofa, TV, and internet. The apartment is very well located inside São Jorge Castle. The bus stop is 100 meters away. The apartment is situated right in the middle of São Jorge Castle. The apartment is on the first floor and has been completely renovated to offer the best modern comfort within this small 17th-century house. Lisbon is a magical, friendly city, and cheaper than most other European destinations. With so much to offer, it's a legendary city with over 20 centuries of history, narrow streets, white and blue tiled buildings, old neighborhoods, and Fado music emanating from many restaurants, making this city a great and unique place to visit. The Lisbon/Castle area: The Costa do Castelo neighborhood boasts some of Lisbon's most spectacular viewpoints. A quick 30-minute walk will give you views over most of the city and the Tagus River. Climbing to the terraces of São Jorge Castle, Lisbon will be below your feet. From here, turn towards the sea and spend hours observing the perfect geometry of the Pombaline Lower Town. The Santa Luzia viewpoint, right in front of Largo das Portas do Sol, is only a few hundred meters away, as is the Alfama district in its vicinity on the Tagus River. In Baixa, a 5-minute walk from here, you'll find a bustling shopping area where typical Portuguese shops sit alongside those with the newest brands on the market. Traveler Access: Guests will have access to the entire apartment. International channels and unlimited free internet are also available. Other things to keep in mind: - Please provide all details about your arrival after booking. - This is a residential building, so please do not make noise after 10 PM. - Try to leave everything as you found it to preserve the space. If you have damaged anything in the studio, please inform me so that it can be resolved before the next guests arrive. - If you check in late (after 9 pm), we charge €20 to cover the transportation costs of the person who will receive you. - Losing the apartment key or leaving the key inside the apartment will incur a €50 penalty. - Check-in after 3 pm and check-out until 10 am, unless there are no guests arriving on the same day. Please contact me and I will inform you. - Guests are responsible for taking out the trash. - The apartment must be left clean and tidy. If it is considered very dirty and messy at check-out, an additional fee of €15 will be charged for each hour of cleaning. - Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction from the apartment, without any refund. - Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed in the apartment at any time.
