There are 4 bedrooms, and a sunroom with built-in bunks. There are 3 bathrooms! The house is tastefully done and boasts quality amenities: granite countertops, stainless appliances, hardwood/tile floors, and open floor plan. Large covered front porch, large outdoor patio behind house, huge yard, kids’ outdoor playset, 5-6 person hot tub, huge propane grill/rotisserie, tons of seating indoor and out. Wood burning fire pit, propane fire pit, indoor fireplace. Central air conditioning throughout the house, Community tennis court next to the property, so bring your racquets. Convenient access to Lake Michigan private beach (7 minute walk or drive and park). Reverse Osmosis system, water softener, tankless water heater, outdoor shower. Plenty of space to spread out and relax with great appliances to cook and entertain. All TV's have Prime Video as well as other Smart TV access. Beach towels are supplied so if time on the beach is desired, just bring your swimsuits. HOA Shared Private Beach access. No Pets. Owner occupies private space at the property, hence the name Casa Cuñado. Kind-of-like your Brother-in-Laws House. The Owner has fully separated accommodations with separate entrance so if you do not want to see him it will be as if he isn’t there.
