Downstairs and upstairs master king suites await you at Coastal Flyte! Watch the sunset from the second floor master suite porch outfitted with a sunbrella cushioned custom designed porch swing/bed (same as first floor but different finish). There is also a 2nd floor king guest bedroom (shared hall bath) and a 4th bedroom with a custom built-in nautical themed twin over full bunk beds.
Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the front porch which sports a huge Restoration Hardware woven Belgian slope arm sectional finished with sunbrella cushions and a custom built coastal porch swing/bed finished off with coordinating sunbrella cushioning.
Expect great WiFi coverage in/outside with the top-rated google mesh WiFi system. If you forget your device plugs or even a device, no worries, just use the charging station and chrome book that is provided in the 1st Floor office area.
You'll find 43"-60" Roku 4K UHD TVs wall mounted throughout the house for your entertainment. Use your own Roku account or simply fire up your favorite app (Netflix, Sling TV, Direct-TV now, YouTube, etc) and watch whatever you desire on a rainy day. All TVs receive cable broadcasts!
Waiting to be used to prepare a gourmet meal, the kitchen is fully stocked with top of the line utensils, bake-ware, pots/pans, and appliances, along with creative over-sized coffee mugs. Just a step outside the kitchen is a premium Weber stainless steel natural gas grill piped directly to a gas supply, so no chance of running out of gas half way through your prep!
Much of the interior furnishings have been custom designed by the owners including, the massive 10 foot dining room table that can seat at least 10 guests, living area tables/cabinets, first floor master bedroom furniture, and handmade wall decor in addition to a subway sign that mentions many of the owners' favorite places/things to do.
The master en-suite bathrooms feature quartz counters, upgraded cabinetry, separate tubs and perhaps the largest showers you have ever experienced.
Finally, the upstairs living room is a great place for kids to lounge, watch tv, and also provide overflow sleeping space via the large daybed/trundle; both complete with twin sized mattresses for superior comfort compared to pull out sofas.

Feel free to also use the Bluetooth speaker that is provided and wash the sugar white sand (it's actually Quartz!) off, upon your return from the beach, in the custom designed private outdoor shower.
