Adjacent to the living room is the informal den, which provides an additional spot for relaxation featuring a pull-out sofa couch, desk and office chair, and a television.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed, two expensive walk-in closets, a large television and en-suite bathroom. The en-suite features a large soaker tub, separate shower, a water closet, and a dual vanity. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a dresser and a large walk-in closet. The hall bathroom is located conveniently beside the bedroom but is separate so as to also be used for your guests. It offers a shower/tub combination and a large sink vanity for your bathroom storage. The laundry room is conveniently located in-unit and provides an iron and ironing board. The unit comes fully furnished, with all linens, bedding, towels, and cookware provided.

Renters will be required to submit a rental application to the Heritage Oaks Management Association. Renter approval is required by the Heritage Oaks Management Association.
A rental agreement will be sent to the guest with the property rules and regulations. The guest will be required to sign the rental agreement in order to confirm the reservation.
