Perfect Sleeps: The three bedroom suite has a king and two queen beds. Additionally, for larger groups, there are two Murphy (aka wall) beds, a queen abd a double xl.
Each guest can choose how they would like the sleeping arrangements organized for their stay. Would you like the Murphy beds tucked up and away or down, ready for your group?
Bedroom #1. King Bed.
A Queen Murphy bed, up or down as per guest request.
Bedroom #2. Queen bed and a double xl Murphy bed down as requested, or up and out of play.
Bedroom #3. Queen Bed and an ensuite bathroom.

Beautiful yard with swinging benches, patio table &chairs, lovely sunrises, fruit trees, flowers and a vegetable garden.
In addition to the three bedrooms there are two bathrooms. The main bath has a beautiful cast iron clawfootless (yes! clawfootless) tub with a shower. The en-suite bathroom has a big shower; it is big enough for two!
The computer workstation and desk are at the modem location providing strong internet. A printer and a monitor are provided.
This is a quiet, functional bed and breakfast. We've put a lot of effort into making it like this so it can be enjoyed. No parties allowed.
Walking to the University of Victoria takes about 15 mins. It's about 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the local rec center, Gorden Head Rec. GHR is a great civic center with many amenities including a gym, swimming pools, weight room, and saunas.
2 minutes drive to restaurants and shopping at our local plaza.
15 or 20 to downtown.
4 places to golf are a 5 or 6 minute drive from here. Cedar Hill 18 hole, Uplands 18 hole, Henderson Par 3.
Also a mini course Blenkinsop Mini Golf is nearby too.
