My wife, myself, and with the help of our daughter, have been renting vacation homes to satisfied guests for over 10 years - we know exactly how to provide a great experience with our properties, and each is specifically set up for maximum enjoyment by our guests. Our house is not cluttered with personal items and is professionally cleaned and maintained before each guest arrives. We use all high quality sheets, towels, linens, and mattresses. Every room is furnished with high quality, comfortable furniture. The kitchen is a true "cooks kitchen", it is OVER equipped with restaurant quality dishes and serving platters, Calphalon pots and pans, nice quality silverware and glassware, a full set of chefs knives, and all the best cooking utensils. Additionally we have supplied a regular Cuisinart coffee maker as well as a Kuerig, toaster, toaster oven, food processor, blender, and crock pot. The bar area is equipped with a wine cooler, and a variety of bar glassware, ice bucket, and cocktail shaker.

Family room is furnished with leather sectional sofa and two comfy chairs, a gas fireplace, 65" HD TV with Direct TV, DVD player, and an assortment of games for your enjoyment.
Dining/living room is furnished with dining table for up to 10 guests, a pool table, and a sitting area with 2 leather chairs.
The master bedroom has a sitting area with two relaxing chairs, a 65" HD TV with Direct TV, a huge bathroom with 2 separate sinks, a Jacuzzi tub , a large walk in, tiled shower, and a large walk in closet. There are also lots of windows to enjoy the view of the backyard oasis!
All of the guest bedrooms have 55" HD TV's with Direct TV, large windows with wood shutters, and ceiling fans
The outdoor space is one of the best features of the home! There are no neighbors behind, just great mountain views. The 28' covered patio has deep cushioned seating and a 45" TV with Direct TV. The play pool starts at 3 feet, then 5' in the middle, and 4' deep on the end - great for all ages! There are lounge chairs, Adirondak chairs, and an assortment of pool toys and rafts available. On the opposite side of the pool is a built in palapa with seating for 6. To the side of the pool there is a built in barbecue grill, a fireplace and dining table for 6. And to enjoy the backyard into the evening hours, we have installed string lighting which provides light to every space in the yard.
The three car garage is equipped with an assortment of outdoor sporting equipment in case you want to visit the park just 2 blocks away.
Additional charge to heat pool is $20-$40 per day depending on current outside temps
