The apartment is on the ground floor and overlooks a quiet, non-busy interior courtyard. It is composed of an entrance, a nice living room witha sofa, armchairs, coffee table. A dining area can seat 4 people comfortably around the table.
The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished (oven, hob, extractor, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery, glassware, etc.)
A TV area is fitted out and a very high speed WiFi connection is available throughout the apartment.
The bedroom has a new double bed and practical storage / wardrobe. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washer / dryer and WC.
A third room, converted into an office, completes the set. Ideal or for a reading break!

On the peninsula, surrounded by the Rhône and Saône, this district is bustling day and night; you will find there many bars and restaurants, public places and gardens. It is the district of artists and musicians due to its many museums, theaters and stores of musical instruments.
