This quaint, immaculately clean cottage with 4 bedrooms and easy lake access makes this property great for families or a friend get together. Enjoy snacks, meals or beverages on one of 3 decks with lake views. Close, easy-access (just 10 steps to the first lakeside deck and 10 more to the dock and lower deck) to 67 ft. of private waterfront includes a private dock with good beach swimming in crystal clear Keuka Lake. There are two kayaks plus a child sized kayak for you to explore the lake with. The end of the dock is perfect for sun bathing or fishing. The upper lake-side deck has chairs and a large, hexagonal picnic table for eating and relaxing.
Watch the sunrise over Keuka Lake on the deck right outside the front door of the house. This deck offers beautiful views and patio furniture so you can enjoy water views any time of day. It's a perfect place to read or just relax. A large backyard includes a gas grill, 2 picnic tables and plenty of room for games or watching fireflies. There is a fire pit with ample seating for s'mores and conversation. Gull cottage is simply perfect for relaxing with friends and family.
