The house is centrally located, and while being a block away from Campbell Street, the property maintains a sense of privacy, as the house sits atop a bluff.

This is a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house best suited for 4 adults or a family. bedroom #1 has a King- size bed, 2# is equipped with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom contains a double bunk bed (see pictures).
