There is a front patio to enjoy a drink watching the Arizona sunset or view the stars in the clear sky in the evening. The back patio has misters to cool you off while you are barbequing on a propane grill. There is reverse osmosis water system in the home. The property is 5 minutes from the local golf course and 9 minutes from everything - supermarket, movie theater, retail stores, restaurants, London bridge and only 4 minutes from Dairy Queen ice-cream! This will be your home away from home, as you will have everything you need to make yourself comfortable. You can also enjoy a game of ping pong and darts in the spacious air-conditioned garage. There is also an elliptical machine and TV in the garage to get in a little exercise.
