Hawk's Nest 104 is a newly renovated, desirable first floor coach home located within the award winning Fiddler's Creek private residential community. This beautiful adorned coastal oasis features a spacious living room with plenty of seating. The eat in kitchen has bar seating for four and a peaceful breakfast nook overlooking the lake. Three finely appointed bedrooms are all equipped with everything you could need for your Southwest Florida vacation. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath with double sink vanities and a glass enclosed shower. The split floor plan perfectly positions the two guest bedrooms. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The screened lanai overlooking the lake is thoughtfully furnished with a dining table, lounge seating and a sofa. The Hawk's Nest community pool is across the parking area from the unit with plenty of chaise lounges, offering a quiet place to soak up the sun. Outside the Hawk's Nest neighborhood, you can follow the running and biking paths through the lushly landscaped 4,000 acres that make up Fiddler's Creek, finding nature preserves and all kinds of native Florida plants along the way. The main 54,000 square foot Club & Spa facility is about 1.5 miles from the condo offering a full private resort experience! Membership to Club is an optional add on to your booking. If you choose to add club access, there is a $750 transfer fee. Club access includes use of the 3 resort style pools with beverage and towel service, two on-site restaurants, state of the art fitness center featuring a full schedule of classes, tennis center and social events.
