Welcome to our Florida Home-from-Home where you can leave your cares behind. Relax and unwind at Highlands Reserve - a lovely, tranquil golf resort where you can play golf, cycle, take relaxing walks or visit the many local attractions.
The villa is detached, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful private pool with feature fountains. Our villa is only a 10 minute stroll away from the local Publix supermarket, restaurants (Applebees, iHOP, ) etc. The villa benefits from a sunny deck and pool until sunset. There is a covered patio for dining outside; also chaise chairs for relaxation/sunbathing.
Convenient access is by keycode. Our manager lives close by on Highlands Reserve for added assurance; if our guests need any assistance (24hr). There is a security alarm system at the property in the interest of guest safety and a safe for valuables.
Highlands Reserve is a well established and safe community. Homes are built close to an 18-hole, par 72, beautifully maintained golf course, with clubhouse. There are also tennis courts and a community pool.
Highlands Reserve is super convenient for access to all major highways which lead to Disney, Universal, Seaworld and other popular attractions. Numerous restaurants and shops on Highway 192 are only a short drive away from Highlands Reserve.
The villa has light, spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings. It is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. Lounge/dining room and separate family room which leads directly onto pool deck. Fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences. Full laundry facilities. Master bedroom with patio doors also leading directly onto pool deck. En-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. One double bedroom, one twin-bedded room and 2nd full-size bathroom.
