Our house is five blocks from East Atlanta Village, home to multiple music venues, bars, and restaurants.
East Atlanta is less also than 15 minutes by car to Downtown, Midtown, Inman Park, Old Fourth Ward, Cabbagetown, and Downtown.
Easy biking distance to the Atlanta Beltline (~1 mile) and all it connects to - Krog Street, Ponce City Market, The Beacon, Piedmont Park, and the West End.
We're about 4 miles to Downtown and a 15 minute drive to the airport. We are close to Mercedes Benz stadium, GSU stadium, State Farm arena, and the Atlanta Aquarium. Easy access to I-75/85/20.
We are conveniently located to I-75/85/20 and the less than 15 minutes driving to downtown and Midtown. There is free onsite parking and we are an easy walk to both a MARTA bus stop and less than a 10-minute drive Edgewood/Candler Park Station. We are an easy 20-minute drive to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
- Off-street parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway, but street parking is always available and free.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances to make morning coffee and prepare meals.
- There is only one security camera outside the home, exclusively capturing the front stoop and driveway area.
- 4 guest maximum. No children between the ages 2-10, please.
- If you have any questions about what to do in the area, please feel free to ask. We've lived in EAV and Grant Park for 20 years.
1. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. Additional visitors not included in the reservation must be approved in advance by host. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person per night and/or immediate cancelation of remainder of reservation without refund.
2. Events, weddings, and parties are prohibited. If you are not sure your reservation qualifies as a party or event, please reach out to us and explain what you are trying to do and we can determine if its possible to host your event. Good communication is key.
3. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. $500 smoking fee. Burning incense is also prohibited.
4. Please remove makeup before using linens and towels
5. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets.
6. Guests must provide a copy of their unaltered Driver's License or Passport to host through the Airbnb message thread immediately after booking to finalize your reservation.
7. Our cleaning team charges a $350 Biohazard cleaning fee if they must clean up vomit, blood, or any other bodily fluid.
8. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. Our cleaning team charges us $100 if they have to clean glitter of confetti.
9.Please do not sit or stand on the kitchen countertops. They are wood and can split.
