The Space:
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this home offers a beautiful option for up to 10 guests in this lovely Dayton, KY neighborhood. You will find a queen bedroom and two king bedrooms, as well as a queen-sized pullout couch bed in the family room in the finished basement. There are two twin beds that are stacked together in the big bedroom with the king bed can be used as a single twin bed, unstacked to make two twin beds, or unstacked and pushed together to make another king bed. There is a washer and dryer in the basement, as well as a futon table and card table. You will find a hot tub on the back deck and a garage to park your car off the street behind the house!
Guest Access:
Entry is by door code. Guests have access to the entire condo. Access is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
Guests have access to the hot tub. Please be sure to wash/shower before entering the hot tub. And but sure to wear clean swim clothes. As always, exercise caution in the hot tub and do not allow children in the hot tub unsupervised. Limit use of the hot tub to 15 minutes or less at a time.

Historical neighborhood with lots of local shops and places to eat nearby. Located just 6 blocks from the Ohio River and a short drive to the bridge into downtown Cincinnati.
Getting Around:
Guests who are able may want to walk to the local restaurants and bars. But driving is an easy option too! Easy drive to both downtown Cincinnati and downtown Covington.
