No car needed. 1BR +den (den is a multipurpose with projector for streaming, office, and pull out couch), 2BA condo with in-unit washer/dryer. 15-20 mins on public transport to Downtown DC, the Convention Center, monuments, National Mall. Walk to Howard University, U St's nightlife, bars, restaurants, live music and more. Metro 7-min walk, buses nearby. Our condo is in a bike and walking friendly neighborhood and our kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils you'll need!

Our cozy 1 bedroom + den, two-bathroom condo is the perfect escape in DC, whether you are visiting as a tourist, working or both. Located on the second floor of a four-unit building, our home offers a peaceful retreat.

The well-designed kitchen is ideal for cooking enthusiasts, and the dining area is a welcoming space to enjoy meals or local takeout. Rest and recharge in the comfortable bedroom with a queen bed and adjustable dimming lights.

Down the art filled hallway, which includes the laundry closet, and past the first bathroom, you'll find our multipurpose back room/den.
